Business Services Manager
After working closely with the Director of Elite at Chevron, she accepted a position in the Elite Team in 2011, where she leads the back office team and helps build Elite’s contractors base. Her extraordinary grammatical and proof reading skills promotes Elite’s very high standard of professionalism.
Her excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiations skills coupled with her dedicated attention to detail ensure she is the perfect POC for all our clients and consultants’ needs, requirements and care. Anni specialises in making the impossible possible.
Laurie, our youngest member of staff, joined Elite in 2012 as a junior administrator, quickly proving himself to be an invaluable member of staff and now finds himself as our very capable Recruitment Administrator for Elite.
Enthusiastic and committed, he provides support in office administration and in the technical areas of Elite, providing a fresh approach, delivering high quality products.

Erika joined the Elite team as the Financial Controllor. She enthusiastically and conscientiously manages all in-house financial activities within the companies, including all staff payroll and pension contributions, submitting quarterly VAT returns, preparing annual accounts, creating and communicating cash flow forecasts, reconciling bank accounts and ensuring compliance with Companies House and HMRC regulations.
She is responsible for the processing of contractors’ timesheets, expenses and invoices and liaises with both contractors, clients and financial institutions ensuring a high level of professionalism
Erika takes pride in researching the ever changing field of financial requirements which, coupled with her efficiency, enables the smooth running of the businesses and maintains the good relationships they have with customers and contractors.
